Celestamine syrup dosage?

Good day Doctor and readers

My 2 year old''s Paediatrician prescibed celestamine syrup 3.5ml, but Im not sure how many times must I give it to him a day and could you please tell me for what it is used for..coughing Perhaps?

Celastamine is a very strong cortisone combined with an old fashioned sedating antihistamine.It is usualy given for a severe allergic reaction, not for coughs or colds. If it is used it is given once a day for 5 days.
