CELESTAMINE

MY 3 YEAR OLD HAS BEEN GIVEN CELESTAMINE TO TAKE 5ML 3 TIMES DAILY. I WAS ISSUED A 120ML BOTTLE, BUT NOT TOLD FOR HOW MANY DAYS. I KNOW IT SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR LONGER THAN 5 DAYS, SO WILL IT BE OK TO USE FOR 5 DAYS ONLY. MY DOC UNREACHABLE TO ASK. THANK YOU

Celestamine is a very powerful cortisone medicine which is combined with an old fashioned antihistamine. If you need to use this medicine for your son then it must not be given for more than 5 days. Do not use the remainder of the medicine in the bottle.

My pead always tells me not to use it for more than 5 days and then only for twice a day...
