Q.

Calcium

Hi Doc

I really struggle to get my 4 year old daughter to drink milk / eat dairy such as yoghurts / cheese etc. Is there a supplememt that you can recommend that wil ensure that she receives the required calcium?

This is quite a common problem. It is always a good idea to give a calcium supplement to a child who is not keen on dairy products. Give your daughter a daily dose of Calsuba. She will probably still need to take the powder form.
