The most important vitamin for wound healing is Vitamin C.Vitamin B group vitamins are also important as is Omega 3.Fresh fruit and vegetables are good sources of these vitamins. Oily fish is the best source of Omega 3, but you can buy Omega 3 capsules and cut open and squeeze the contents of one capsule daily onto your daughter's food.

Was a wound swab done? It would have been helpful if you could have said what colour the wound is now, is it oozing, location of burns etc. I had read your previous post and see that you are still experiencing a problem. If there is no infection, a dressing called Acticoat ( Smith &  Nephew) is quite good, it has had remarkable results on burn wounds especially paediatric patients.(make sure that your child does not have an allergy to silver) Check that whoever is doing your child''s dressing is maintaining absolute sterility - Is she having a high protein diet? Maybe your child may have underlying causes as to why the wound is not healing.
