Q.

Bumps on my childs hand

Hello,

Please can you assist.

My son has small bumps on his forehand for about two weeks.
It doesnt seem to be irratating him but could this be eczema?
Should I be concerned?

It is difficult to be sure about these bumps without being able to see your son.Children sometimes get an illness called hand foot and mouth disease which is caused by a virus. Just the hands may be affected,but this usually clears up in less than 2 weeks. A reaction to flea bites can also cause bumps on the hands and a skin condition called scabies can also do this. Please take your son to be seen by a doctor so that a definite diagnoisis can be made.
