bumps in neck

I discovered bumps in my 4 year old girls neck - it is under the skin more to the neck-spine than the ear, she say it doesnt hurt but it is touchy... the one bump is the size of a pea with two or three surounding it - is the serious and would it be better to get it checked out

These are swollen lymph glands. This is quite common in younger children but not so common in a 4 year old. It would be best to ask your doctor to see her just to be on the safe side.
