Your daughter who is at a creche is ill for the second time this year with broncho-pneumonia.This is almost certainly a virus infection and the antibiotic will not help her. She will get better through her own immunity and resistance to infection. Give her a Probiotic now and also for 10 days every month through the rest of the winter. Also keep her on Creche Guard and Scotts Emulsion to boost her immunity. She is getting better now and will clear the mucous from her chest by herself. You can give her some Mucospect if she struggles to clear the mucous from her chest.
