Breastfeeding difficulties

Dr, my baby is 2 months old and for the past 3 weeks she has been " fighting"  when I try to breastfeed. Most days she only fights 1 to 2 feeds per day, but there are days when she is fighting agains more feeds also. As soon as I bring her near to breastfeed she starts kicking and crying. Most of the time she will start to suck but will pull away again immediately. She is gaining weight, though. She was 3.1kg at birth and is nou 5.5kg. If I feed her expressed milk from a bottle, she finishes it in minutes. Why is this??? Should I express all feeds now, as it' s been going on for 3 weeks already. Thx!

This is quite common. If you are prepared to express your breastmilk for every feed your baby needs this is obviously the best way to continue.Perhaps our regular forum members will have some further advice for you.
