Q.

Breastfeeding and porridge

My baby is 3 months - 14 weeks to be exact, she feeds every 2 hours 150ml, I would like to know if she is just a hungry baby and can I start her on porridge, or is my milk not strong enough?

She used to sleep trhough from 6 weeks, but the last 4 days, she will drink at 7:30, then wake up at 12, then wake up at 4 again?

Your milk is fine.Your bay is not ready for solids yet. Wait until she is 4 months old before starting her on a rice cereal.
