Nothing that I know of will help to grow your nipples, but your baby sucking on your nipples may help a little.

The size of your nipples doesn''t matter at all while breastfeeding.

For baby to latch well, they need to take your nipple in their mouth as well as the areaola (brown part) around your nipples.

It is the sucking on the areola that massages the milk out, your nipple is just the spout.
