BREASTFEEDING

I HAVE JUST RETURNED TO WORK , MY BABY GIRL IS 4 MONTHS OLD NOW.IS IT TRUE THAT WHEN I RETURN FROM WORK I SHOULD FIRST PUMP THE BREAST BEFORE THE BABY FEEDS OR IS IT AN OLD TALE?
