breast not the same

Hi my 7 month old had a gland removed(caused by bcg). Now her otherbreast feels like a breast and the other one is just plain there is nothing. Do I have to worry?

This is still a hormonal effect carried over from the pregnancy and is common in babies. It is going on rather longer than usual but there is no need for concern her breast swelling should disappear completely
