Boy''s foreskin

Good day doc. I have twin boys who are almost 3 years old.
I have the problem that there foreskins cannot pull back completely  it only goes to the base of the ''head'' but not past that.
When they were smaller I was told by the clinic as well as my paediatrician that I should not pull it back it would come loose by itself as they get older and start ''playing'' with it more. This has not happened and I really don''t what to circumcise them. What would you advise? Thank you for your assistance.

There is absolutely no reason why you should try to pull back your son's foreskins. As long as they are able wee normally there is certainly no need for you to be concerned. Their foreskins will become looser as they grow a bit older. As you say here, your paediatrician and the clinic nurse advised you not to be concerned. That advice is still correct.
