Q.

bottle

My daughter is 4yr and still has an evening bottle of isomil 3
And every now and then a milo bottle during day on weekends
However she never has a bottle at school during the day.
She is a vegetarian by choice so her gp said a bottle is ok.
Her bottle is a comfort more than anything to sleep.
I would like to wean her off bottle altogether.
How would I do this and do u suggest good idea at this age?

Your daughter is certainly at the age now when she should stop drinking from a bottle. You can pack up her bottles in a plastic bag so that she can see the bottles inside the bag.Tell her that you are packing them away because she is a big girl now. She can help to pack the bag containing her botles in a cupboard. At the same time offer her Milo or milk in a cup.Hopefully she will drink from a cup or glass from then on. Read to her before she goes to bed.
