Q.

Born with tooth

Hi Prof
My baby was born with a little bump on her lower gum, in the area of the left middle incisor. After 2 weeks it " cut"  and a small white, floppy tooth came out! The next day it had fallen out, and was gone. There was a small hole that quickly healed. Can this have any effect on her milk teeth? She is 9 months old now, and has cut the right lower incisor but no sign of the left one yet.

Thank you!

This was probably her left incisor which popped out and also fell out.She probably will not have a milk tooth in this position but her permanent teeeth should be normal. It would be best to ask your dentist to see your little girl later on about this.
