Boosting Immune System

Hi Doc, I have two children aged 3 and 18 months. With all these horrible flu viruses going around (most recently the news of the Swine saga), please can you advise what immune boosters are best for children of their age and what additional steps I can take to prevent them from getting a cold/flu virus. They have just had a bout that lasted nearly a month and I certainly don' t want to go through all that again this winter.

Your 3 month old baby will benefit from the use of a probiotic such as Reuteri infant drops 1ml daily. You can either give this for 10 days per month through the winter months or every day through winter [the second option is expensive] Your 18 month old toddler will benefit from using Viral Choice Junior every day through the winter months.
