Paediatrician

This sounds like a condition called acute nephritis which is an inflammation of the kidneys.Besides passing blood in the urine the blood pressure is raised hence the headache. The amount of urine passed also is less but this would be difficult to notice in such a young boy. It is absolutely essential to see paediatrician tomorrow if your son is passing blood in his urine, you cannot wait until Saturday!
