Paediatrician

This is not uncommon. It usually results from a small tear in the foreskin or as a result of his nappy chafing the tip of his penis. Put some vaseline on the tip of your son's penis and it should heal quickly. If the bleeding starts up again it would be best to ask your paediatrician to see your son.
