Blocked nose not getting any better

For the past 2 weeks my baby of 9 months nose is completely blocked &  he seems to have a slight wheeze from time to time. I believe if I can get some medication to clear up his nose he would be fine, I have tried various meds namely adco flupain, venteze (prescribe by the doc), he is on cetirizine (prescribed by the doc),iliadin spray for the nose, saline drops, I have also tried bisolven but he is not getting better at all I have been giving him these meds for about 3 weeks now &  the nose doesnt seem to clear at all perhaps there is another medication that would work better please advise.
Thank you you are doing a great job.

You are welcome. Your baby appears to have had a recent bad cold which has also affected his chest. This is probably a typical RS virus infection. Do not use any medicines which may produce unwanted side effects. Use only Salex nose drops twice day and if his nose is very blocked get a nose suction device called a Nosefrida to clear the mucous. This illness usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to clear up.
