Blocked nose..

Hello Doc and Complements of the new season :-).
My boy is 4.5 months and has had a blocked nose for the past 3 weeks now, I use
Saline drops and it gets better but does not go away. Since this blocked nose issue, he
only sleeps for about an hour or 2 and then wakes up, just for a feed and falls asleep again.
I have also noticed that the tooth area is whiter than normal(its like like toofies wants to come out).
Could this be the reason for the above? He is on breastmilk and i have just introduced rice cereal once a day.
Thank you kindly

Thank you and all good wishes to you too. Your baby should not have a persistently blocked nose at his age.He may have enlarged adenoids or a nasal allergy problem. Blocked noses interfere with babies sleep and feeding. Keep up with the Salex nose drops twice daily and if he is no better after 10 days ask your paediatrician to see him.
