blisters

my 3 year old has blisters outside her nose. Is there something i can buy over the counter

She is sneezing but no fever.

These blisters are usually due to a bacterial infection caused by bacteria known as 'Strep'. You can try Bactroban nasal cream applied twice daily. If the blisters do not clear after 3 days she should be seen by a doctor.
