Paediatrician

The usual cause for this is infection going up the urethra into the bladder. In your baby's case this appears to be an unlikely cause and she is also very young to have an infection like this. She should be carefully investigated to be sure that her urinary system is normal. She should have an ultrasound examination as a start. She may have urethral valves in particular. Please make sure that her paediatrician has these investigations done.
