Q.

Between Toes

My 9 month old daughter''s skin between her toes are peeling. Every night when I bath her I dry between her toes. Why is this and what can I do to prevent it. Of late I have now also put powder between her toes after drying it.
Thank you.

You do not mention if this is a recent problem or if your baby has always had peeling of her skin between her toes.In babies peeling of the skin between the toes may result from a dry skin problem or occur following virus infections. In older children the most common cause is a fungus infection.Try using a moisturisesr such as aqueous cream for babies after bathing her and after you have dried between her toes well.
