Q.

Bee

Good day.

My baby boy is 10 months old. What new food or snack can I introduce to him. And is his feeding schedule correct for his age?

He currently eats as follows:

8:30-09:00 soft porridge for breakfast,
10:00-11:00 180ml Isomil 2,
13:30-14:00 Purity jar
15:30-16:00 240ml Isomil 2
18:00 Nestum cereal

At night &  in the morning before going to work I usually breastfeed.

Thanks.

Your baby's diet could be a bit more varied at this stage. He can also have chicken or lamb and a variety of vegetables and fruit especially apple and pear. He can also have yoghurt.
