Bed wetting

My son is alsmost 6 years old. He started pre-primary in the beginning of the year. It''s been the last 2 - 3 months that he wets his bed almost every night. We started by no more fluids after 6pm, when my husband &  I go to bed between 10-11 pm, we take him to the toilet. We even set an alarm for 2am in the morning to get up and take him to the toilet. Even through all these efforts, he still wets his bed. We don''t discipline him about it, but when he goes 2-3 nights without bed wetting, we will reward him. I even spoke to his teacher, and my son is very happy in school and there is no class mates bullying him. Can there be something physical wrong with him?

This is a vey common problem which is called enuresis. What is unusual is that your son only strated having this problem about 3 months ago. There may be a psychological cause here but it does not appear to be obvious. You have done well with trying to help your son so far but have not been successful.Treatment is very successful these days. Please take your son to see his paediatrician.
