What you need here urgently is a proper diagnosis. I dont like using medicines such as Celastamine which is a powerful cortisone in such a young baby. You need to know what is causing her illness and then she should be put on the correct medicine. Please take her to seen by a paediatric pulmonologist. There are experts in all the main centres in private practice and at the main teaching hospitals in the larger cities.

I' ve always found that steaming helps open the airways and relieves the tight chest and wheezing.Just take some hot water and put a teaspoon of vicks into it. Let your baby inhale the vapurs. It also opens a blocked nose so they can feed better. But you have to see a specialist to get to the root of the problem.
