I will answer the last part of your question first. There is no truth to the story that if one twin dies the other one will not live a normal life span. Your sister should not be complaining about bone pain at her age. In this country we should always be aware of TB which can affect the bones. There are other possible causes of bone pain as well.Your sister should be seen by a paediatrician. There should be a paediatric clinic at your nearest state hospital.
