I will need to rely on our regular forum members to help me answer your question. You will need to decide about his feeds during the day when you will be at work.

Hi there first-time-mom

Congrads with your baby and WELL DONE on exclusively breastfeeding!
My youngest is now six months old and I am back at work while he is at creche during the day.
By the time a baby is six months old they are beginning to eat solids and are therefore not as dependent on breastmilk anymore. So it is not the biggest problem.
I suggest that you go about it as follows (it worked for me and my friends):
About a month before you have to go back to work, start replacing the 10h00 am feed with a bottle (get a pump and pump out breastmilk to put in the bottle). Then, after two weeks, replace the 14h00 feed with breastmilk in a bottle too.
All you have to do is to express milk at work at 10h00 and 14h00 every day and keep the milk for creche the next day.

Good luck and enjoy your baby!
