baby(marks in face) and toddler(eczema)

I have a 2 year old girl with very very dry scalp that gets red and itchy. I presume it is eczema as she was diagnosed with this when she was very little. She does not have it on her body anymore. Could it also be a dairy allergy? She' s allergic to eggs. What can I use on her scalp?
My baby is 6 weeks old and has a big red mark right between the eyes on her forehead and a little red mark on her 1 eyelid. Will it go away? It does seem lighter than it was at birth. She was born via c-section at just under 37 weeks. I had pre-eclampsia

Your 2 year old does not have eczema but she has a skin condition found in babies and young children called seborrhoea. This is not due to an allergy. The condition will clear up by itself. Do not use a strong shampoo on her scalp. wash her hair with Elizabeth Anne baby shampoo two or 3 times a week. Apply Mylocort ointment very lightly to her scalp once ady until her scalp is better.
I am not sure about your baby's mark between her eyes as you do not mention if it is raised or flat. It may be a strawberry mark which will fade away by itself with time. No treatment of any kind is needed.
