Baby too tired to eat lunch

Dear Prof, our 11 month old girl has for the past 3 weeks dropped her morning nap. Since yesterday she wakes earlier in the morning with the result that she falls asleep while eating her lunch! She wakes at 06:30 or 07:00 (instead of 07:30 or 08:00)and eats lunch as 12:30. Normally she only goes to bed for afternoon nap at around 13:00/ 13:30 but since yesterday she was asleep by 11:45 or 12:00. She only sleeps then for an hour or 90 minutes which results in also being too tired to eat dinner. Should I rather bring back the morning nap for an hour and again let her nap in the afternoon for an hour?? She also does not sleep well for the last 2 nights, wakes constantly during the night, wide awake!
Thank you

It seems to be a good idea to reintroduce your daughter's morning nap. Hopefully this will return things back to the way they were and your daughter will also be more likely to be tired later on and want to sleep at night

Thanks Puple, I have tried that already, given her lunch at 11:00 but that means that she goes to sleep at 11:30 or 12:00 but she only sleeps for a max of 90 minutes. She is then awake from 13:30 until supper at 17:00/ 17:30 and then she also does not want to eat as she is too tired! She also then sleeps badly at night, constantly awake due to over-tiredness. I dont want her to sleep after 15:30 latest 16:00 in the afternoon as she goes to bed at 19:30. So if I do move everything earlier is still does not allow for a afternoon nap! And she is so used to going to sleep at 19:30 that even if I bath her at 18:00 and try to get her to sleep at 18:30/ 19:00 she just do not sleep!

What about feeding her lunch to her earlier and then letting her sleep after eating?
