Baby teeth

Hi my daughter had some of her teeth extracted when she was 5 years old.The extraction was because her teeth were badly rotten. It seems it is taking forever for the permanent teeth to come up. Is there anything I can do to " speed"  up the process? She is now eight years old and I can see that it is bothering her that her upper front teeth are still missing.

This is a common problem when a child loses some of the milk teeth early as occurred with your daughter. She is certainly much slower than expected so it would be a good idea to ask your dentist to see your daughter.
