Baby Reflux

My baby is 3 months old. Had him at a midwife 2weeks ago. Diagnosed with reflux (silent reflux). Gave me Nestargel and a new " eating"  program with a teaspoon of vegetables and a teaspoon of fruit &  rice porridge every day. Also gave me vitamines - Milkara Capsules, Infantiflora and Zinniplex. I also changed my formula from NAN HA to NOVALAC AR &  SD yesterday because my baby pass a lot of gas/winds, and now on Novalac AR the winds doubled. Should i stay on Novalac AR, what would you recommend and should i still use Nestargel with Novalac AR? The vitamines - what should i give my baby? And what will help with the winds/gas? Please help.
And should i continue with the teaspoon of vegetables, fruit &  porridge each day?

This is very difficult because so many new things have been introduced into your baby's diet at the same time. I am not happy about most of the changes which have been made. He does not need solids now and certainly does not need vitamins and Zinplex.Do not use Nestragel with the anti reflux formula. My guess is that your baby is actually lactose intolerant and should be on a formula such as NAN LF. You will then be able to stop all the other treatments and formulas.Let me know how he does on the NAN LF.
