Q.

Baby not walking yet

My baby is 16 months old and still not walking on her own. She cannot even stand on her own yet. She can walk with the help of a chair or holding our fongers but not on her own. Shoudl I be worried? My other 2 kids walked when they were 13 months so i''m a bit worried about this one. She was born at 36 weeks. Thank you

You should not worry as your little toddler is showing signs that she is trying to start to walk. You need to make allowances for her being born 4 weeks early so in effect she is about 15 months old from a developmental point of view. Some children only start walking at about 18 months.
