Baby Not growing

my baby of 9mths seems not to be gaining weight and growing, I was exclusivley breast feeding him until 5months, then introduced formula, wich he was drink until the age of 7months then he lost interest on it and he only wanted breast milk, but it wasn''t enough as i was only breast feeding him after work. when he was six months he was wheighing 9.9kg, but know he wheighs 8.8kg and his turning 10months in two weeks time, he is feed solid food and drinks 600ml of bottle everday, he takes naps during the day but does not sleep althrough the knight, his also not growing well because his hight is consatant. and both parents are tall. what can be the cause of this.
he is not a sick child, his been to the doctor only one''s.

Your baby's weight was well above the average when he was 6 months. His present weight is exactly on the average for his age. Your baby appears to be well, but may be hungry at night if he is not sleeping or he may be teething. If you think that he may be hungry you will need to give him an extra bottle at night.He is drinking very little during the day. His present fluid requirement is about 1200ml per day.
