Q.

Baby not crawling yet

Hi,

I am starting to get a little worried now. My boy is 11 months old and still not crawling it looks like he is to afraid to crawl he will go farward and then back again. He only wants to walk, he wants you to hold his hands and then walk with him all day long. He is starting to stand up to things now if you put him next to it but otherwise he will only sit on the floor and moan till you pick him up. he is very lazy. should we worry about this? is this normal.

Many babies completely skip the crawling stage altogether and simply start walking when they are ready. You really have no need to be concerned. Your son seems to be pulling himself up already and is getting ready to start walking in a month or two.
