Baby not crawling

My daughter has turned eight months today, but has not started crawling yet, do you think i should take her to a specialist for observation or not. Another thing when she is lying on her back, she cannot role herself over on her stomach, she is trying to but cannot.

can you please advice!

Both of the milestones you describe here may only happen when your baby is older. Give her at laeast until 10 months to start crawling. In many cases babies simply skip over the walking stage completely and start walking at around 13 months.
