Q.

baby formula

i am unable to breast feed so we bought the NAN HA formula for my baby. I noticed that with this formula he became consitpated and we had to use laxette prescribed by the phamacist. We then changed to the normal NAN, now it seems like he regurgitates the formula and he pulls a face as if it has a acid after taste. What should we do?

Your baby is now refluxing his feed and it is his stomach acid which is causing him discomfort. This is probably not due to an allergy to milk but is simply the common reflux problem that is found in many babies. You can try an anti reflux formula such as Novalac AR and see if your baby's reflux stops.
