Q.

Baby feeding problem.

My 8 month old daughter wont eat. She was diagnosed with Bronchitis 3 weeks ago, since then she only wants formula (Isomil) and breastmilk. She used to feed just fine prior to her falling ill. A friend said Bronchitis sometimes gives them sores on the throat. Could this be the cause of the problem?

Bronchitis does not cause sores in the throat. It is possible that your baby has developed a new illness such as tonsillitis. In any case something is worrying her because she has just stopped eating all solid foods. Please take her back to the doctor so that a proper diagnosis can be made of her problem.
