Baby do not eat

My baby girl is 1 year and 10 days old. She is small for her age, weight was 8.28 on het birthday.
I was breastfeeding up to 11 months, since she drinks normal milk (about 500ml per day) and 200ml juice.
She refuses formula milk.
She eats 3 meals and 2-3 snacks.... The last 5 days she does not want to eat or drink juice. During the night she wakes up often and drinks her milk.
She has no fewer, but is very irritated.

Is this a sign that she is sick? Or can it be because of teething and her friends for nursery school moving on to another class? She is now the oldest in class with the babies (2-6mnths).

It is possible that your baby girl who has just turned one year old is getting more teeth now.She is not drinking enough milk at this stage and it would be healthier for her to replace the fruit juice with all its sugar [fructose] with more of the milk that she will drink.Hopefully when her teeth come through she will feel better and her appetite will improve again.
