Q.

Baby Development

My son is 9.5 months old and weighs 7.4kgs. He eats meals a day &  has been on formula from birth. Should I be concerned with his weight? He started crawling at 8.5 months and walks while supported. Is his development on par?

Your baby son's development is excellent and he is indeed ahead of the normal times when babies crawl and start to walk. His weight is well below the normal of the 9kg average for his age.In spite of this he seems to be a happy and healthy baby and he may just be following a family pattern of possibly being tall and rather slim in build.
