There are no medicines that will increase your baby's appetite. You have not told me about your baby's weight so I do not know if he is indeed underweight or not. Many babies of this age don't like any coarse food at all and will only eat finely pureed food. Two paediatricians have assured you that your baby is healthy. He will indeed start eating soon but it is distressing for you in the meantime. Give him the basic start up solid foods and then slowly introduce more and more foods one at a time and make sure that he is drinking his milk.
