Q.

Baby boy testicles

Good day doctor
My baby boy is now 2½  month old, I' ve realised that his one testicle is much smaller than the other one. Scrotum is working 100%. No fluid build up either. I' ve taken him to the clinic sister and her opinion was that it seems that the one testicle is underdeveloped. I just want to know whether this is a serious matter?

Thank you,

This is probably normal in your baby especially you are sure that his scrotum is normal. Also you are sure that there is no fluid in the scrotum, which is a good sign. If you remaun concerned as your son gets older ask your paediatrician to see him.
