baby (2yrs) not sleeping well

Hi, I have a 2yr old and he is just not sleeping well. He still gets up for a feed twice, he has a full meal at supper, and I have tried everything to make sure he stays full, but without fail he still gets up for a bottle. I am feeding him Nido at the moment. Aside from getting up for a feed, he cries alot in his sleep over activities that happened during the day! How do I get him to sleep through, and what can i do to help him from crying in his sleep so much. he talks while he is crying, and that is how i can tell its about the dys events. for eg, if he and his brother were playing with something during the day and if his brother took away one of hs toys, he cries about it at night!!!! its really becoming too much, we havent had a full 8hr sleep since he was born and im so exhausted! please help!

Your son seems to be getting plenty to eat and drink before he goes to bed so he is not hungry. It is common for children of this age to have night terrors. He will need to be reassured when he wakes up crying. His night bottle is a problem now as you cannot just stop that while he going through this stage of having night terrors.Hopefully he will soon give up waking for his bottle at night.Use a children's night light in his room and try giving him children's Rescue Remedy at night.
