Avg weight for a 3yr old

My LB will be 3yrs in Dec and already weighs 19kg.
His birth weight was 2.20 and height was 49cm.

Everyone thinks he is 4-5years old....

Is growing too quickly or just has heavy bones

The average weight for a boy of 3 years is 14.5kg. I need to know what his height is now before I can answer your question about whether he is overweight or just big boned.
