at what age

at what age can i start giving my baby nesquik in her baby formula (nan 2). She is now 9 months.........

my 3 yr old son had projectile vomiting. when he sleeps he gets woken up by abdominal pains, he would crouch, scream in pain. he has nite swets and is always thirsty. im worried! could it be bowel obstruction?,diabetes?
