Body odour is a sign of early puberty. Obviously a little girl of 4 years should not have body odour. Two years later your daughter still has this problem. So we need to be sure that she does not have what is known as 'precocious puberty'. It would be best for her to be seen by a paediatrician just to be sure that all is well.
