Q.

allermine and breastfeeding

i have an allergy,doc recommended allermine.my baby is 3weeks old,im breastfeeing.should i take it or not

Allermine is 'chlorpheniramine maleate' an old fashioned antihistamine. Significant amounts of this antihistamine appear in breast milk and you should not take this medicine while breast feeding.
