Allergy testing

Can you please tell me at what age can one have a child (successfully) tested for allergies (all kinds)? My son is 2 years old.

Children can be tested for allergies from soon after birth. The tests available these days are very accurate.

Hi Roline,

I had my son tested at 6 months (which is too early as they still have the mother''s antibodies present). I was told to retest at 9 months and that test was successful.

Good luck
