Q.

Hi
Does the food I consume affect the baby if I' m breastfeeding and the baby is allergic to that specific food?

If you are allergic your baby is more likely to be allergic as well. Certain foods that you eat or drink can pass in tiny amounts into your breastmilk eg egg, milk and peanut. It is certainly possible that these foods can sensitise your baby.
