Allergic Reaction

My granddaughter is 4 years old and suddenly developed an allergic reaction to wheat and dairy products

1. Will she eventually grow out of it?
2. What can be used in stead of wheat?
3. Any recipes?

As your granddaughter has only now developed these allergies rather than when she was a baby, she may not grow out of them. Wheat free diets are not always easy to follow. You will find a lot of information on the internet about wheat free diets especially if you look up gluten free diets.

I don''t know if I''m allowed to give info here, but if you search on the internet for " parents of food allergic kids" , you will be able to become part of a great support forum, you pay something like R300 per year, but then you can download recipes and get WONDERFULL support, it carried me through very difficult times with my sons allergies.
Good luck
